Timesoft TimeSheet is an optional data collection module for IBM i AS400 that allows employees to enter their own in/out or total hours time card information. It can be used to gather standard work and benefit hour information from employees as well as can work with Timesoft Project Management Module* to track project and specific task information.

Excellent for employees whose productive work on specific projects needs to be tracked or for employees who are currently hand writing time sheets. With Timesoft TimeSheet
for IBM i the employees will be able to enter their own hours, freeing payroll admin to concentrate on other tasks.

  Feature Summary

  Timesoft TimeSheet™ allows employees to enter individual in/out times or total hours for Regular, OT1, OT2, Vacation, Sick, Holiday, Personal, etc.

  Supervisors can review and approve employees entries prior to sending hours to payroll
using Timesoft iSeries' electronic time card approvals.

  Define an unlimited number of Projects within Timesoft iSeries Project Management Module for employees to log hours into.  Projects can have active start and end dates to prevent employees from logging hours into inactive projects.

  Employees can enter hours towards specific Tasks within each project.

  Entries recorded into quick installation: no time clocks, no badges, no hardware wiring, no hassles!.
